K E Y RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all financial strategy, planning, and operations for McLaren Macomb, ensuring alignment with system-wide goals and mission
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving performance improvement and growth initiatives
• Develop, monitor, and optimize the annual budget and ongoing financial performance metrics
• Oversee managed care contracts, vendor agreements, physician contracting, decision support, and treasury functions
• Collaborate with the CEO to ensure the revenue cycle is effectively managed and optimized for maximum efficiency
• Evaluate service line opportunities and financial viability of growth strategies
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide leadership and oversight of accounting staff, business planning, and financial reporting
• Champion healthcare delivery system reform through innovative financial stewardship

McLaren Health Care, in partnership with Telamon Group, is seeking a dynamic and strategic financial leader to serve as Chief Financial Officer of McLaren Macomb, a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital. This is a high-impact executive role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of financial strategy, operational excellence, and healthcare innovation.
Reporting to the EVP/CFO of McLaren Health Care, the CFO will serve as a trusted partner to the hospital CEO, the executive leadership team, clinical leaders, Board members, and staff.
